The 300 page one is made by KA for sure but I think the 100 page one might've been an shortened version based on the 300 page doc made by someone else. If you google it, you should be able to find it easily!Here is the break down of the 300 page doc into the categories outlined by AAMC that the JS deck follows for P/S. I'm going through the document and then doing the related Anki deck afterwards, so knowing where I need to read to before starting Anki is crucial.
